A self-help book based on Fred Colby’s first-hand experiences as a widower and co-founder and co-facilitator of Pathways Men’s Grief Group. Fred incorporates extensive research and lessons learned by his fellow widowers. Widowers often feel that they are going crazy and may experience extreme loneliness, anxiety, depression, and anger. While there are many resources available for widows, there are very few quality resources specific to widowers. Fred’s writings are designed to help address this deficiency.
